Rally Disclaimer:
The Wisconsin Camaro, Inc. Annual Camaro Rally is a rain or shine event. Activities will only be cancelled in the case of extreme weather condition. No refunds will be issued for weather related cancellation. Accordingly, your fee(s) will be considered a donation to our charity(s) of choice. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. All cars entered in any of our events must be insured by the participant. Wisconsin Camaro, Inc shall NOT be held responsible for any loss or damage to the participant’s car, person, or property. The participant shall and hereby waives any and all rights he or she may have against them for any such loss or damage. All participants shall follow all event rules and guidelines set up by the event planners and said planners will have final authority concerning any event decisions. All event participants must be 18 years old or older and possess a valid drivers-license. If a participant is under the age of 18, a parent or legal Guardian must sign & accept any and all responsibility for participant’s actions.

Refunds and Transfers:
Before purchasing an Event Registration (such as the Annual Wisconsin Camaro Rally), carefully review your purchase. Wisconsin Camaro, Inc does not offer a refund of Event Registration fees for any circumstances. You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner with regard to an Event Registration that you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact Wisconsin Camaro, Inc to seek a refund. You will not dispute or otherwise seek a "chargeback" from the company whose credit card or the online payment method you used to purchase an Event Registration from the Wisconsin Camaro, Inc site. Should you do so, your Event Registration may be canceled and Wisconsin Camaro, Inc may, in its sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future Event Registrations made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using the site in the future.

Overview: Wisconsin Camaro's Second Annual Holiday Celebration at the Heritage Hall in Menomonee Falls. Come join us for food, drinks, and bowling! An RSVP with payment by January 3rd to VP Peggy Oldenburg is required for this event. Walk-ins will not be allowed to dine from the buffet, but may order from the bar menu.

Costs: There are two cost packages available:

Package #1 - Dinner and Bowling, $33.21 per person (tax and tips are included):

Dinner buffet including beef tenderloin tips & baked chicken, baby carrots in honey glazed sauce, red skin garlic smashed potatoes, tossed garden salad with 2 dressings, creamy coleslaw, homemade apple sauce, fresh dinner rolls and butter.
(2) Games of bowling (per person)
Rental shoes
(2) Pitchers of domestic beer or unlimited soda per lane of (5) people at the time of bowling only

Package #2 - Dinner Only, $24.60 per person (tax and tips are included):

WI Camaro Rally 2019 Saturday Afternoon Cruise

Overview: Wisconsin Camaro Rally 2019 Saturday Afternoon Cruise will start and end at Ingleside Hotel with a stop at Carlin Weld Park in Palmyra, WI. No gas station stops. 57 mile round trip so fill up at the Kwik Trip near Ingleside Hotel beforehand!

Andy will be leading the cruise group from the Ingleside Hotel with a drivers' meeting at the Camaro Car Show grounds at the Ingleside Hotel just after the awards ceremony. Roll-out at 3:15pm. These are some of the most fun roads in southeastern Wisconsin! Andy grew up driving on these roads for fun and wants to show you his "backyard". Roads will be following parts of the Kettle Moraine Scenic Route. This route is tricky in a couple areas - focus must be spot on.

If heavy rains are in the forecast, this may be moved to Sunday morning.

Zello: If you are able to download the app called "Zello", follow our chatter as we give updates along the way. Once downloaded, go to Channels and search "Wisconsin Camaro Rally". Your phone will act like a walkie talkie - press and hold to talk. You can also instant message within the group. PLEASE only use Zello if you are a passenger and not driving!

Always keep a visual of the Camaro in front of you AND behind you. If the Camaro behind you starts to create a larger gap and is driving slower - you need to slow down before they lose sight of you.
Maintain a safe distance between cars.
If you have a walkie talkie, maintain regular status updates.
If the leader of the group must pull off to the side of the road to allow others to catch up, turn on hazard lights, and pull off the road in a safe manner. Once the group is caught up, the last car must pull out into the road first and flash their lights to let the others know it is all clear.
Drive in a safe and legal manor. Wisconsin Camaro is not responsible for any reckless and/or illegal driving - it is the responsibility of the individual driver.
Respect the neighborhoods/towns we drive through.

Overview: Wisconsin Camaro Rally 2019 Friday Evening Dinner Cruise will start and end at Ingleside Hotel with a dinner stop at Boondocks BBQ in Stonebank, WI. Dinner is $15 per person and is a buffet-style BBQ, does not include drinks or gratuity. Please pay Andy or Jeff ahead of time or at dinner.

Andy will be leading the cruise group from the Ingleside Hotel with a drivers' meeting on the Ingleside Hotel coned off parking lot at 5:00pm; roll-out at 5:10pm. Straight shot to Boondocks BBQ with an arrival time of 5:30pm. Cruise will continue after dinner (approximately 6:30pm) and will be running around the back roads of the Kettle Moraine Scenic Drive.

If you cannot make it to the hotel by 5:00pm, plan to be at Boondocks BBQ by 5:30pm.

7th Cruise to Lake Geneva

Overview: This is a cruise hosted by the Chicago 5th Gen / Chicago Next Gen club. Starting line is at the Pleasant Prairie Jelly Belly Center which opens at 9:00am and is available for you to stock up on Jelly Beans and get your sugar rush going. We will depart Jelly Belly at 9:40am sharp and drive to and stop at Mars Cheese Castle in Kenosha. We will cruise from there to Lake Geneva via country highways and tree lined Rustic Roads while admiring our Wisconsin scenery. Glacial hills and winding roads and a whole bunch of fun are included on the route. We will be traveling at a safe but brisk pace.

There will be two stops on the way to Lake Geneva: First is at Bushnell Park in Burlington for some photo-ops and bathroom break. Second is in Lyons for a fuel stop. Arrival in Lake Geneva is approximately 1:30pm. Approx cruise length is 70 miles.

The end destination is the Lake Geneva Eastview Elementary School Parking Lot. If you would like to join Chicago 5th Gen / Chicago Next Gen club for lunch, they have lunch set up at Gino's East for $19 per adult for non-C5G/CNG members. You are not required to eat with the group. Once we are in Lake Geneva, you are free to explore or eat on your own. You will find me (Andy) at the Geneva Lake Brewing Co.

Details: One of the largest car show events for Wisconsin Camaro. We have 28 spots reserved on paved parking lot. Last year was an excellent turn out. We had a lot of fun showing off our Camaros in one big line and soaking up the sun. $10 at show, judged. Awards/trophies at 3:00pm. Food and beverages for purchase on site. One of the biggest one day car shows in the state. Raffle held on same day with all proceeds going to Mackenzie Clyde & Wisconsin Lions Camp.

Details

Dates: Friday, September 20th - Sunday, September 22nd; Rain or shine!

What: An event-filled weekend of everything Camaro with something for everyone! Dinner & breakfast cruises, all-generation Camaro only car show with spots available for 100+ Camaros, evening reception, etc. On site will be: Camaro performance vendors, Chevrolet dealer, photographer, raffles, day-time DJ, kids activities, food & beverages for purchase, and evening live band. Schedule of events listed below.

Who's Invited: All Camaros of all generations from anywhere - not just Wisconsin! Bring the family and enjoy the waterpark and get to know your Camaro family from all over.

Cost: $20 Show Pre-Registration; $25 Drive-In Registration. Cost is per Camaro and includes all events. Please see Pre-Registration information below. Free for spectators. Cash bar and food concessions will be on site for purchase.

Weather: Weather forecasts are always changing; Wisconsin weather is a bit hectic at times. Saturday Camaro Show and all other activities are "rain or shine". In bad weather, there is a large outdoor covered pavilion as well as a large indoor banquet hall we are using. This is the same banquet hall for our Saturday evening reception with live band and bar. Both pavilion and banquet hall are right next to the car show grounds - they're not inside the hotel. So it's ours to use!

Show Pre-Registration:

Pre-registration is now closed! Thank you to all who pre-registered. The weekend is going to be packed with Camaros of all generations! We look forward to seeing everyone!

If you did not pre-register, you can still register in person on Saturday. Please drive in to the show, park your Camaro, and walk over to the Registration Booth.

A charitable contribution will be made to the Wisconsin 9-11 Memorial Foundation and Project Angel Hugs in the event we exceed our financial goals. All pre-registered payments are final.

FAQs

Where will I be parking my Camaro? Friday & Sunday parking will be on a reserved section of the paved hotel parking lot. Saturday will be on a private, secluded grass lot for the car show.

What does the registered cost get me? Registered Camaros have access to park in the car show, receive a goody bag, and access to all events.

May I only join the cruises and not the car show? Sure, you may. No need to register. You can just park in the standard hotel parking lot, but feel free to come to the car show and spectate!
